OEC Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Challenge: show employees that Diversity and Inclusion was a real priority for the company, not just talk.

 

What I did: I created the visual identity, produced content for the internal campaign and laid out the Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

 

What changed: employees’ knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion increased, according to a survey by the communications team and access metrics from internal channels.
