Social Media Guide for Employees

Faced with a strategy to strengthen the reputation of Mint Brazil and the importance of employee's collaboration to talk about the company on social media was perceived. 

However, as it is a public institution, many employees had fears and doubts about what they could publish in their media.  

In view of this, a guidebook was developed with the company's directions, in building its reputation and practical examples of what to do and what not to do.
